With the Employee Snapshot program you can pull up your operators by name, badge, or employee I. D. and see their attendance record, complaints, disciplinary actions, and on-time performance in one easy to use screen. This system allows you to enter disciplinary actions directly into it and print out a conference record for your paper trail. No more missing paperwork. Your records are safe and can not be tampered without being tracked. Any changes made to existing records is recorded for your auditing purposes. The Attendance Tracker is used by your dispatchers to maintain a current database of who is absent and for what reason. It also prints out a checkout sheet that shows every route that is scheduled to run on the day you select and will highlight those runs were an operator is absent. No open runs because you missed an operator who is out but has a full schedule rides to perform. This software streamlines your checkout process as well as gives you history to review for patterns or practices used in your mark up process. We give you an application that analyzes your trip data and breaks down how many trips you service in 1/4 hour or 1/2 hour increments by day of week. One Record Ride File Most scheduling software has two records for each trip. One for the pick up and one for the drop off. This software joins those two records to create one that includes all the information contained in the pick up as well as the drop off.
